Even back in the days when my pages were just part of a shared website where my flatmates were allegedly going to contribute content of their own, this changelog only listed changes to my section.  Administrative updates, global stylistic changes, and successive nitpickings to one page were condensed as far as possible.  And don't be misled by the headline dates on individual web pages: they tend to be either “first created” or “last seriously revised” dates, not records of the most recent trivial modification.
